Transcript

A transcript of academic records giving information on the courses of study may be issued to a student or former student on application and upon payment of the prescribed fees.

For Current Students

Online Application -

You may apply for an Official Transcript by submitting an application online via Learner Portal (https://learner.hkuspace.hku.hk). Please refer to the "User Guide" of the online application for transcript available at User Guide OnlineTranscript.pdf and the "Frequently Asked Questions" in MyFuture for details.

By Paper Form - You can submit an application form to the HKU SPACE Enrolment Counter of Learning Centres (for the locations and opening hours, please go to http://hkuspace.hku.hk/learning-centre for details).


For non-current students

Online Application (Applicable to applicants enrolled in September 2007 or after) -

You may apply for an Official Transcript by submitting an application online via MyFuture (https://cc.hkuspace.hku.hk/myfuture).

By Paper Form -

Reminders for all applicants

  1. Please read the "Notes and Application Procedures" before completing the application form.

  2. The official transcript will be prepared as soon as the related payment is settled and are processed in the order of receipt.

  3. The normal processing time is 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) upon receipt of application form and payment. Besides, please be reminded that the processing time excludes mail delivery time.

  4. As there are many applications after the release of assessment results, the processing time during the peak period may be a bit longer than usual.

  5. Please note that time needed for a copy of transcript to be delivered to a designated address varies from one destination to another and it is expected to take AT LEAST two weeks for document to reach an overseas address. You are advised to plan ahead and allow enough time for postal delivery if you need to meet any deadline. If you are in urgent need of the transcript(s), please consider to collect it/them in person at the College Office.

  6. Please be reminded that the transcript lists the courses of study you attended and their assessment results. You should ensure that your overall results have been formally announced before submitting your application. You are advised NOT to apply for the transcript during periods where assessment records are subject to change (e.g. pending make-up examinations etc.). In case a request was made during these periods and changes occurred after the transcript was printed, another application will be required if you wish to obtain an updated copy of the transcript.
